Does Petriz manufacture its own chemicals?
No. Petriz is a Texas-based importer and distributor, not a manufacturer. We source from established, ISO 9001:2015-certified international manufacturers (some also GHS-compliant or REACH-assessed) and provide consistent batch quality with full technical documentation on every order.
How do I request a technical data sheet (TDS) or safety data sheet (SDS)?
Email sales@petriz.co with your product requirements, application details, and any operating parameters (BHT, pressure, salinity, mud weight window). We respond with a full TDS/SDS documentation pack and indicative pricing within 24 hours.
What documentation ships with an order?
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA), a Safety Data Sheet (available in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese), and a Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Batch traceability records are maintained for all product lines.
Do you offer product samples or trial quantities before a full order?
Trial cartons are available for Foam Stick prior to volume commitment, letting a crew validate performance on a real well before committing to a full order. For other products, request compatibility and dosing data during the qualification step, and we'll advise on the best way to validate fit for your application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer and ACH. A formal purchase order (PO) is required for order entry, specifying product name, quantity, delivery address, and required documentation. Lead times are confirmed once the PO is submitted.
What regions does Petriz ship to?
US orders ship by ground from our Texas distribution point. Latin American shipments move by sea freight, with full export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, SDS, COA) included. We currently supply operations across the US (Permian, Haynesville, Eagle Ford), Colombia (Llanos Basin), Argentina (Vaca Muerta), and Brazil (pre-salt Santos Basin).
How do I qualify Petriz as a new vendor?
Request our Supplier Qualification Package: a Company Profile (registration, NAICS/SIC codes, EIN, banking details), ISO 9001:2015 certificates, TDS samples across our product lines, a full GHS-compliant SDS package in EN/ES/PT, and a representative COA sample. It's delivered by email within 48 hours of request.
What languages is your documentation available in?
English, Spanish, and Portuguese for SDS and supporting documentation, covering our full Americas customer base from US operators to Colombian, Argentine, and Brazilian operations.
