Oil Mud Conditioner

PZT-OMCOND-1 is a multifunctional conditioning additive for oil-based and synthetic-based drilling fluids, used to improve emulsion stability, wetting of drilled solids, and overall fluid condition. It is a maintenance product rather than a primary system component: where an invert emulsion has been stressed by water influx, drilled-solids loading, or temperature, a conditioner restores emulsion integrity and keeps solids oil-wet instead of requiring a full rebuild. Typical treatment is 1.0 to 4.0 lb/bbl (2.9 to 11.4 kg/m3) depending on how much conditioning the system needs. Supplied in 25 kg multi-wall bags.
