Diesel Oil Bentonite (DOB) / Gunk Squeeze
PZT-DOB-1: A classic total-loss remedy where bentonite is slurried in diesel oil to prevent premature hydration, then pumped into the loss zone, where it contacts formation water and rapidly hydrates into a stiff, hard-to-circulate plug.
